Living room in Scandinavian style

Other interiors ☷

This project was completed for a family who recently purchased a ready-built family house. They wanted to adapt the existing renovation of the guest room to better suit their needs and taste.

We didn’t change the wall, floor, or ceiling finishes — instead, we worked with what was already there. In fact, we even kept some of the existing furniture. The living room had ample space, but the clients wished to divide it into two functional zones: a lounge area and a dining area.

To achieve this, we used a partition that separates the zones without being too bulky and still allows natural light to pass through. We focused more on the lounge area, particularly the TV wall. There, we added a dark-toned chipboard panel to create contrast and designed a custom eco-fireplace. The fireplace was developed by our studio and built into a custom bench, blending harmoniously with the surrounding furniture.

Since the original interior was in cool, light tones, we warmed it up with colorful accents — a cozy armchair, pillows, soft furnishings, and décor. These small touches made the space much more inviting and cozy — a place where the family now enjoys spending quality time together.
