About the project
This project represents the complete transformation of a two-story family house in Šamorín, with the main goal of creating a harmonious, functional, and timeless home designed for everyday living.
The focus was not only on creating a beautiful interior but mainly on designing a space that truly works for the family’s lifestyle. Each room was planned according to its purpose, connection with other areas, and long-term usability.
The main concept was to create a unified interior style throughout the entire house, where each space naturally connects while providing comfort, sufficient storage, and practical solutions for daily life.
The project included complete interior design development — from space planning and material selection to furniture, lighting, sanitary ware selection, and author supervision during implementation. All elements were carefully chosen together with the clients to ensure that the final interior reflected their needs, lifestyle, and expectations.
The result is a modern family home where aesthetics, functionality, and comfort come together as one harmonious whole.
Living room, kitchen, and entrance area
The living area with the kitchen forms the main social space of the entire house. We designed this area as an open and connected space where each zone naturally flows into the next.
The main feature is a large relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and TV, smoothly transitioning into a spacious kitchen with a connected bar counter.
The bar element serves not only as a place for seating but also as a practical preparation area. The entire space was designed to support everyday family life as well as gatherings with guests.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom was designed as an elegant and calming space for relaxation.
The room features a large bed, a dressing table with a stool, and spacious built-in wardrobes providing comfortable storage.
The design combines comfort, functionality, and timeless aesthetics.
Children’s room
The children’s room was designed for a young girl with the intention of creating a space that grows with her.
The pink colour palette was chosen according to her wishes, while the overall design was created to remain functional as she gets older, including a dedicated study area for school years.
The room includes a workspace, storage for school supplies, a spacious wardrobe, and a small beauty corner with a mirror.
The decorative plaster with an ornamental pattern is not only a visual feature but also a practical solution — it is durable, washable, and suitable for a child’s environment.
The pull-out bed provides an additional sleeping place for guests or friends.
Home office with guest room function
This room was designed as a multifunctional space that can serve both as a comfortable home office and a guest bedroom.
The main feature of the room is a spacious desk with practical storage drawers and a large wardrobe providing plenty of space for organized storage.
To increase the flexibility of the space, we selected a sofa bed that allows the office to be easily transformed into a comfortable guest room whenever needed.
A distinctive design element is the wall behind the sofa, finished with decorative plaster inspired by the texture of natural leather. This detail adds an elegant character to the room while maintaining harmony with the overall interior concept.
Home office with storage
The home office was designed as a combination of a comfortable working area and practical storage space.
Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage and help maintain a clean and organized interior.
Bathrooms and sanitary spaces
As part of the project, we designed two functional bathroom areas adapted to different needs of the household.
The smaller guest toilet on the ground floor was created mainly for the comfort of residents and visitors. In addition to the toilet, we added a sink so that the main bathroom upstairs does not need to be used for everyday needs.
The main bathroom on the second floor was designed as a spacious and comfortable area for daily use. It includes a double sink with storage, a built-in wall-mounted toilet, and a bathtub that also functions as a shower thanks to its practical design.
Both spaces are connected through materials and colours with the overall concept of the house, creating a harmonious part of the entire interior.
